Qualifications

• 5+ years in relevant operations/analytical/technical work at a tech or SaaS company.
• Ability to build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks; comfortable with data insights.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI models/tools.
• Experience managing workflow, intake, approval, reporting, or automation tools in legal/operations.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for real-time visibility and risk management.
• Redesign and improve legal processes with scalable workflows, templates, and playbooks.
• Lead internal and cross-functional legal operations initiatives end-to-end from scoping to execution.
• Manage team queues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and tasks.
• Design and implement AI‑assisted workflows to automate legal intake and contract review.
• Stay at the forefront of trends in legal operations and share insights with the team.
• Champion Samsara’s principles as we scale globally and across offices.
