Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to oversee core legal practice systems (Litera Foundation, Intapp) and ensure data quality, reporting, and governance in support of its environmental law practice. You will supervise analysts, manage time/billing workflows, and drive efficiency with AI-enabled tooling.

You’ll partner with General Counsel on compliance and risk, lead system enhancements, and guide budgeting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of business planning, project management and budgeting.
• Experience with legal practice systems and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core legal practice systems governance, data quality, and reporting.
• Supervise Legal Operations Analysts and support risk management duties.
• Lead process improvements and training for staff on legal tech tools.
