Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, PMO, HR and other Operations teams on initiatives.
• Design and maintain dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
• Develop and refine KPIs to measure performance and service delivery.
• Support budgeting processes and vendor invoices.
