Job summary

Range Energy is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager & Corporate Paralegal to build and run systems that support the legal function as the company grows. You will report to the General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer, handling governance, transactions, compliance, contracts, and entity management across the company.

This is a broad, cross-functional role requiring project leadership, legal technology, and collaboration with Finance, People, and external counsel to streamline processes

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10+ years in corporate paralegal or legal operations roles.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions, governance, or Board processes.
• Strong diligence requests, data rooms, closing checklists experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain corporate records, minute books, charters, and governance materials.
• Manage Board/committee agendas, materials, resolutions, minutes, and consents.
• Coordinate governance calendars, approvals, signatures, and follow-ups.
• Administer contracts: intake, repository, status, renewal, and obligations.
• Support financings, securities matters, and public-company readiness.
