Lennar in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to lead the Financial Management of the Legal Department, building budgets, forecasts, and dashboards that provide leadership with cost, efficiency, and risk insights.

This role sits at the intersection of legal, finance, data, and analytics, automating reporting and refining models to support executive decision-making at the company’s highest levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting a legal department or Legal Operations function.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build reporting from complex data sets.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and legal spend reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the legal department budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with Finance.
• Analyze outside counsel spend, vendor performance, and matter data for leadership.
• Design automated reporting workflows and dashboards for cost visibility.
• Lead e-billing, spend management, and legal technology data sources.
