Waste Solution Services LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Lead to support our growing legal function across South Florida and New York. This hands-on role demands an organized professional who can manage diverse matters while coordinating with leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of corporate or business paralegal experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate, commercial, or business paralegal
• In-house or small-firm experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and external professionals
• Strong proficiency with common business and legal software
• Florida notary certification is a plus

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day legal needs of the company
• Intake and triage legal requests from Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
• Review, prepare, and maintain a variety of business and legal documents
• Draft and redline routine agreements using approved templates, including customer, vendor, employment, and confidentiality agreements
• Assist with contract administration and document management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for outside counsel
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal professionals
• Maintain organized records, deadlines, filings, and legal documentation
• Support corporate and general business matters
• Assist with research, filings, and other legal projects as needed
• Help improve processes and systems related to legal and administrative operations
• Provide general support to leadership on legal and business-related matters
