One Alliance North America seeks a Director of Legal in Orlando, FL to serve as a senior attorney in the Legal & Compliance Department. You will handle corporate and commercial matters, multistate employment law, and provide business-focused legal guidance to HR and leadership.

The role requires JD with 5–7 years of relevant experience; in-house corporate experience is preferred. Collaboration with VP of Legal & Compliance, outside counsel, and business leaders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and bar membership in Florida or eligible.
• 5–7 years of relevant corporate/commercial and employment law experience.
• In-house corporate legal experience preferred and multistate employment law exposure.

• Advise HR and business units on multistate employment law matters and related compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements and contracts.
• Provide practical legal guidance on regulatory and governance issues.
• Manage matters independently and coordinate with outside counsel and leadership.
• Monitor legal developments and support regulatory inquiries and audits.
