Responsibilities
Work externally with clients and industry to explain how our generative AI systems operate and gather feedback on their performance in document analysis, classification, information protection, and knowledge curation.
Collaborate internally with applied scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and customer enablement teams to provide feedback on the performance, usability, and functionality of our AI solutions.
Contribute to Relativity's applied science strategy by leveraging your expertise to design, build, and improve tests, benchmarks, and evaluation systems for our generative AI solutions.
Qualifications
A Juris Doctorate and 5+ years of experience practicing as a litigator or in a related legal role, or equivalent experience with legal service providers or legal tech vendors.
Hands-on experience with Relativity across various workflows, including traditional EDRM and broader Legal Data Intelligence use cases.
Strong, clear communication skills to synthesize and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Deep interest in using generative AI to responsibly advance legal practice and access to justice.
Understanding of TAR, statistical validation, and advanced document review and analysis techniques.

This role offers a total compensation package including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives.
The salary range is estimated between $154,000 and $232,000, with the final offer based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Typically, offers are made below the top of this range to allow for future growth.
