Job summary

Pigment, a leading AI-powered planning platform, seeks an Senior Legal Counsel to manage the full customer contract lifecycle across North America. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex enterprise agreements with customers, partners, and vendors while guiding internal teams on risk, privacy, and compliance matters.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, Security, Product, and Finance to implement scalable contract processes and maintain robust templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. in good standing with a Bar Association.
• 5 years of experience in a top-tier/tech law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Working knowledge of EU and US data protection and privacy laws.
• Admitted to practice in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data protection matters in SaaS contracts and negotiations.
• Collaborate to maintain contract lifecycle systems, internal documentation, and public-facing templates.
• Deliver internal trainings on contracts, privacy, data protection, marketing and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments in commercial, privacy, AI, and cybersecurity domains.
• Oversee litigation-related queries in coordination with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
