The Ward Law Group in Florida seeks an experienced senior professional to support the Managing Partner in attorney performance and accountability, oversee employment matters, and manage risk exposure for complex cases. You will collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and outside counsel to maintain high professional standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar membership in good standing; extensive litigation experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating litigation exposure and providing practical risk assessments.
• Experience advising on employment matters and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Managing Partner in attorney performance and accountability; partner with senior leadership to assess performance, productivity, and expectations.
• Advise leadership and HR on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and separations; draft and negotiate employment-related agreements.
• Review vendor/service agreements, identify obligations and renewal terms, and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Assess case-related risk and exposure; deliver concise risk assessments with recommended actions; ensure appropriate steps are taken.
• Lead MSO transition efforts and support acquisitions; coordinate with leadership and outside advisers; manage due diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration planning.
