Job summary

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 5+ years of relevant legal experience, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school required.
• 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills.
• Ability to provide practical, solution oriented legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents.
• Advise on research activities, including clinical trials and sponsored research.
• Identify legal risks and elevate issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to mitigate regulatory risks.
