Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a licensed attorney to provide day-to-day legal counsel and operational support within a defined business domain. You will work with business partners to align guidance with objectives and risk tolerance, drafting and negotiating essential documents.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school, at least 5 years of experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.
• 5 years of relevant legal experience.

• Experience providing practical, solution oriented legal advice.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
