Moove AV is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate and Real Estate) to drive real estate strategy, negotiate leases and charging agreements, and oversee core commercial contracts and MSAs. Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. Bar membership required.
• 7+ years in law firms or in-house with real estate focus.
• Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, land use, and construction; corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate and land-use strategy, negotiating leases and charging agreements.
• Oversee commercial contracts and MSAs, and guide construction-related matters.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and other teams to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
