Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate and Real Estate) to serve as a strategic architect of growth at the intersection of technology, real estate, and commercial law. You will report to the Head of Legal, AV, and influence transactions, risk management, and growth strategies.

The role requires a JD, active US Bar membership, and 7+ years in law firms or in-house practice with a focus on corporate and real estate matters, leases, land use, and construction.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US State.
• Significant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, land use, construction, and corporate/commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate and land use initiatives, including leases and charging agreements.
• Manage commercial contracts and MSAs; shape strategy for facility operations and development matters.
• Coordinate with Moove’s Infrastructure team to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Oversee relationships with outside counsel to achieve high-quality results within budget.
