Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the Administrator and procurement staff.
• Review solicitations for Nevada law and procurement policy compliance.
• Collaborate with the Attorney General’s Office on contract negotiation and drafting.
• Draft and revise statutes, regs, and manuals for compliance and best practice.
• Respond to questions from agencies regarding contracting and procurement.
• Manage vendor/supplier protest process.
• Address public records requests and related inquiries.
