Snap Finance is seeking a business-minded transactions attorney to manage complex commercial agreements in a regulated fintech environment. You will draft and negotiate technology and SaaS agreements, and build scalable contracting infrastructure while providing risk-based legal guidance to cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on accelerating revenue while protecting the business through robust legal infrastructure and operational excellence in a remote-capable setting based in West Valley

Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school and active Utah bar membership.
• At least 3 years of commercial/transactions law experience.
• Preference for in-house experience and fintech/financial services familiarity.
