Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. in Westborough, MA is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our on-site legal team. You will negotiate subcontracts and supplier contracts, render contract management support, and assist HR and other departments.

You will work closely with business groups, provide practical legal advice, review NDAs, and help manage risk across commercial, technical and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active MA Bar license or eligibility.
• 5+ years of legal experience in contracting or corporate law.
• In-house experience or energy industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate subcontracts and supply contracts.
• Provide legal guidance to Grid Integration and Risk Management teams.
• Draft, negotiate and track NDAs (proforma and customer templates).
• Advise teams on confidentiality matters and data protection.
• Support cross-functional teams on complex matters across legal, commercial and technical areas.
• Manage external counsel and communications with customers and suppliers.
