Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a qualified business lawyer to advise the Data & Analytics (D&A) business in the Americas. You will support product-led transformation, provide legal and regulatory guidance to sales, product and leadership teams, and oversee licensing, data usage, and privacy matters across the region.

The ideal candidate is US-qualified (NY Bar preferred) with a law degree, strong contract negotiation experience with senior stakeholders, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

Qualified to practice in the US (NY Bar preferred) and have a law degree from an accredited law school.
Experience negotiating complex contracts with senior stakeholders in the Americas.
Excellent ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and concisely, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide legal and regulatory support to sales, product, and leadership teams in Americas, including data and analytics products.
Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel to manage contracts, licensing, and AI-related governance initiatives.
