Job summary

Cabrera Capital Markets seeks a Senior Legal & Compliance Specialist to support drafting and review of contracts, governance administration, regulatory support, and legal operations. You will work closely with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer across trading, investment banking, and finance teams.

Ideal candidates have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and a track record in managing multiple priorities in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of substantive legal experience in-house or in a law firm.
• Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts and agreements.
• Support corporate governance records, entity management, and filings.
• Assist with regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and checklists for compliance ops.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and business groups across functions.
