Responsibilities

• Manage billing for a portfolio of high-profile lawyers and clients with knowledge of client terms and guidelines.
• Ensure proformas to final billing are accurate and timely per firm standards and client guidelines.
• Address e-billing issues, rejected invoices, and LEDES IDs with attorneys and secretaries.
• Monitor unbilled and billed inventories and coordinate with BRLs on aged balances.
• Submit write-offs over $10K for approval and keep billing statuses updated.
