Qualifications

5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Licensed attorney in the US
Experience negotiating a variety of contracts including sales, procurement, technology, services, vendor, or supplier agreements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of complex commercial agreements, including technology, sales, partnering, services, vendor, and supplier agreements.
Negotiate confidentiality, license, data processing, professional services, assignments, amendments, and other contracts.
Provide practical legal guidance on contractual, compliance, and business matters.
Conduct risk-and-reward analyses and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner with sales, procurement, marketing, product, and technology teams to support transactions.
Collaborate with internal and outside counsel on complex matters.
Engage with customers, suppliers, and external parties during negotiations.
Develop and implement process improvements to speed contract workflows while mitigating risk.
Apply project management principles and legal technology to improve delivery of services.
