Responsibilities

Provide legal and policy research of contracts, procurements, and pending legislation; prepare analyses of proposed legislation; review research and draft documents.
Work closely with internal customers to prepare scopes of work, review contracts for content, and gather feedback.
Audit procurements and contracts for compliance with legal and contract management requirements.
Draft, review, update, and maintain procurement and contract templates.
Formulate evaluation criteria for source selection to include terms and conditions that define County programs and contractor performance.
Supervise and manage assigned staff work, training, development and performance management.
