Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins.
• Maintains rental files and enters rental data accurately.
• Prepares leases and oversees signing by new residents.
• Assists in monthly administrative tasks and keeps paperwork organized.
• Interacts with residents professionally to resolve maintenance issues and ensure timely rent payments.
