Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments promptly.
• Coordinates with maintenance for smooth move-ins.
• Maintains accurate rental files and enters data.
• Prepares and oversees signing of leases.
• Assists in monthly administrative tasks and keeps paperwork organized.
• Interacts with residents to resolve issues and ensure on-time rent payments.
