Qualifications

• 7+ years of oil and gas production operations experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to prioritize work responsibilities and operate with limited oversight.
• Understanding of production reporting, measurement, and field data collection.
• Strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, guidance, knowledge sharing, and operational support for Lease Operators.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new Lease Operators on procedures and safety practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement new procedures, and promote safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate field activities and communication between Lease Operators, contractors, and leadership.
• Monitor and optimize production from wells, facilities, and equipment.
• Record and report production data, equipment performance, downtime, and field observations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely reporting.
• Support workovers, facility projects, and equipment installations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as required.
