Handle the comprehensive accounting lifecycle for real estate and asset leases, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topic 842 standards. Serve as a functional expert for lease data integrity and lease accounting accuracy. Perform complex reconciliations, supports month-end close processes, and collaborates with legal and real estate departments to ensure strategic financial reporting and audit readiness. Oversee the administration of diverse agreements including license and public way agreements to ensure the accuracy of assets and lease liabilities. Recommend enhancements to internal controls and lease accounting procedures to mitigate financial risk and streamline multi-departmental workflows.
