Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner seeks a Learning Strategy Advisor to lead end-to-end engagements, setting strategic direction, architecting solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes in AI-enabled learning.

You will operate at senior client levels (CLO/CHRO/SVP Talent) with Managing Directors, shaping proposals and pricing, and advancing the Learning Performance & Innovation offering while developing talent and the practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning strategy or talent consulting.
• 3+ years in consulting or professional services.
• 3+ years leading client engagements at senior levels including C-suite.
• 3+ years experience in the Utilities industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements and drive measurable outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client levels and Managing Directors.
• Develop proposals, pricing and go‑to‑market strategies for Learning Performance & Innovation.
