Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Sr. Learning Experience Designer to lead analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning programs. You will manage cross-department projects, drive process improvements, and establish KPIs to optimize training for physicians and care teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, LMS and eLearning expertise, and strong collaboration with SMEs. A focus on human factors usability and training protocols is essential for product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, and blended learning solutions.
• Ability to sign-off on technical and/or clinical content.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to create robust content.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner journeys and define measurable objectives for new products or applications.
• Collaborate with teams to design scalable learning solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and limited supervision.
• Partner with multimedia for media strategies that enhance learning.
• Define success metrics and baselines for programs and initiatives.
• Scale programs by training internal experts for launches.
