Job summary

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply adult learning theory, and use modern graphics, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver scalable programs within tight timelines. Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning Experience Design.
• Strong visual design and craft in learning content.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating evidence-based, scalable learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design
• Strong visual design skills
• Web-development literacy required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience building rich, evidence-based learning experiences across a variety of settings
• In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory
• Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
• Ability to design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints
