Holman Learning is seeking a Learning Specialist I to support and enhance enterprise-wide training programs in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will design, edit, and deploy courses, track completion, and align content with business objectives to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning, developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized approach with strong time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate existing classes—both in-person and virtual that support business objectives and team goals.
• Edit and update course deliverables with facilitator and participant materials and media.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and propose performance solutions.
• Develop and deploy course communications, invitations, and follow-up work messages.
• Track completions and attendance within Workday Learning.
• Contribute to content organization into learning paths aligned with disciplines and employees.
• Collaborate in design and development of new training programs and learning solutions.
• Measure effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend future interventions.
• Support talent programs including rotational and intern programs.
• Guide individuals to career development resources and tools.
