Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting seeks a Learning Consultant to design, customize, and deliver engaging training programs supporting client adoption of our health IT solutions. You will facilitate instructor-led and digital sessions, adapt delivery to diverse audiences, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Learning and Development, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years in training or learning development.
• Experience developing training programs, needs analysis, and performance assessment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, up to 100%.
• Ability to work irregular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training across multiple skill levels for various needs.
• Support ongoing learning initiatives to keep the team updated.
• Serve as a primary contact during client engagements, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with goals.
• Support learning and change management strategies.
• Assess learner needs and adapt methods to different styles.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the learning process.
• Assess and provide feedback to trainers to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training resources.
• Analyze performance data and feedback to assess training effectiveness.
