Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead learning design and LMS operations for its Professional Education programs. You will develop eLearning, webinars, job aids, and multimedia content, optimize courses, manage enrollments, and generate reports to align training with regulatory and business needs.

Collaboration with IT, Quality, and cross‑functional teams is essential. Minimum 5+ years in instructional design and 2+ years LMS administration;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design, adult learning, or related learning and development roles.
• 2+ years LMS administration including reporting, enrollments, and access controls.
• Experience with Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions: eLearning, webinars, assessments, job aids, and multimedia.
• Configure and optimize the LMS, manage content, enrollments, certifications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross‑functional teams to align training with needs.
