Job summary

Versova seeks a Director of People Operations to architect the human capital strategy across multiple farms and locations. You will lead HR programs from talent management to employee relations, shaping culture and a high-performance workplace aligned with business goals.

The role oversees HR policies, compliance, metrics, recruitment, and leadership development while traveling up to 50% of the time. A strong HRIS background and collaboration with senior leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an HR practitioner.
• 3+ years at Manager level or higher, preferably in agricultural or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR technologies and HRIS systems.

This role encompasses all HR disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. The Director will shape company culture, foster innovation, and promote a high-performance workplace while aligning HR strategies with business goals.

This position is primarily office-based but requires regular travel to multiple farms and locations. Travel may constitute up to 50% of the role. The work involves a mix of independent tasks and collaborative projects with various departments. Some evening or weekend work may be required for urgent matters or special projects.
