What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead professional development and training projects, including virtual events
- Manage logistics for training initiatives and ensure compliance with IACET standards
- Design and develop training programs using instructional design principles and various delivery methods
- Collect and track training needs information and contribute to the revision of training materials
- Collaborate with other departments on special projects and initiatives as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing adult learning and training
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Facilitation skills and experience; knowledge of early childhood education is desirable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with eLearning design tools and software
- Project management experience and ability to utilize relevant tools and resources
- Strong organizational skills for accurate data reporting and evaluation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel as required
