Qualifications

• 5+ years construction operations or Lean experience required.
• 2+ years in meeting or group facilitation preferred.
• 2+ years experience implementing process improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train internal staff on Lean tools and processes.
• Coaches project teams with implementation of Lean tools.
• Maintain training materials and support Lean transformation.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
