Job summary

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA in Munich seeks an experienced professional to lead the Lean Supply Chain stream in restructuring and turnaround projects. You will provide strategic directions and hands-on expertise to enable lean operations and continuous improvement across the value chain.

You will define roadmaps, optimize processes, organization and systems to improve service level, cost and cash. Travel up to four days per week and work in an international environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain or engineering with outstanding results.
• 7+ years in supply chain management with exposure to lean principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Supply Chain stream in restructuring and turnaround projects.
• Define roadmaps, optimize processes, organization and systems across the supply chain.
• Engage local teams, monitor action plan execution, lead workshops and training.
• Identify benchmarks, enforce fundamentals, deploy best practices and enable synergies.
• Support the M&A team in due diligence with expert assessment and recommendations.
