Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum 9 years knowledge of Lean tools including standard work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
• Experience executing complex process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Leads strategic, complex process improvement projects within the division.
• Delivers strategic results aligned with division goals and objectives.
• Evaluates business processes to yield greater productivity and efficiency.
• Acts as a cross-functional change agent to sustain measurable BEx improvements.
• Mentors and coaches in the implementation of best practices.
