Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve production performance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze sequences of operations, workflow, and equipment layouts to optimize plant utilization and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct cost-control and process-optimization studies, and implement modification plans based on findings.
• Lead multi-day Kaizen events, provide continuous-improvement training, and facilitate A3 problem-solving teams.
• Support facility and equipment design, modification, and mistake-proofing initiatives with facilities engineers.
