Job summary

Oxoid Remel Microbiology, now under Astorg ownership, is seeking a Senior PPI Business System Specialist to drive Practical Process Improvement across the organization. Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years in CI in manufacturing/pharma.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in CI in manufacturing/pharma.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• PMP or equivalent PM certification desirable.
• Experience with value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, visual management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• GMP/regulated environments experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Fluency in English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities
