Qualifications

• Four-year degree in biological sciences with microbiology coursework and lab component.
• 1–2 years of QC/QA or microbiology lab experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations for medical devices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain product compliance specifications and documentation control.
• Perform and interpret microbiology testing, including growth promotion, biochemical testing, and AST.
• Gain proficiency on all performance benches.
• Document testing results and determine product disposition.
• Maintain training within Master Control and SOP criteria for inspection and testing.
• Maintain department equipment and request consumables as needed.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance in the work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
