Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a Performance Excellence Coach to lead and accelerate lean initiatives across leadership and cross-functional teams in Portland, Oregon. You will guide, coach and mentor leaders to improve service, quality, cost, safety and patient engagement while aligning with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of lean coaching experience, hands-on kaizen facilitation, strong data analysis skills and excellent communication and change-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BS or MS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years applying lean principles and A3 coaching.
• Hands-on kaizen event facilitation and daily management systems.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and statistical tools.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Legacy leadership and cross-functional teams to improve service, quality, cost, safety, and employee engagement outcomes.
• Support high-priority system-wide initiatives and local process improvement efforts.
