Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate manufacturing teams in Landisville, PA, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity across multiple product lines.

You will plan schedules, monitor processes, train staff, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. The role involves producing timely outcomes and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate/Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Monitoring production processes and equipment to identify and resolve issues that could impact production schedules.
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed and that employees are trained and equipped to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to production staff, including providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance.
• Collaborating with other departments, including engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure that production operations run smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate production records and reports, including inventory levels, quality control measures, and production output.
• Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer requirements, including conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing production staff, including scheduling shifts, hiring and training employees, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Communicating regularly with management to provide updates on production schedules, staffing needs, and performance metrics
