The ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with 10+ years of experience and hands-on knowledge of process design, tooling, and manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other engineering degree with manufacturing experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Production Planning including process flow, PFMEA, validation, equipment planning, and plant layout.
• Provide Production Support to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support Company initiatives and define roadmap for manufacturing capability growth.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing equipment and technology with resource planning and business cases.
• Serve as SME for manufacturing equipment and technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
