Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Ivyland, PA seeks a Senior Lean Leader to drive operational excellence across multiple production sites. You will lead large-scale Lean initiatives, build Lean capability, and develop multipliers to sustain long-term improvements.

The role requires deep Lean/CI expertise, strong analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency gains, cost reductions, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of Lean/CI experience in multi-site manufacturing.
• 5+ years in VSM, A3, 5S, Standard Work, RCA, PDCA.
• Lean-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives across multiple factories.
• Build Lean capability within site teams and multipliers.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping to evaluate processes and design future workflows.
• Coach plant leaders in 5S, A3 problem solving, RCA, and PDCA.
• Analyze KPIs to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
