Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting a Continuous Improvement professional to enhance performance across resin regeneration plants in the United States. You will lead standardized processes, mentor teams, and drive CI initiatives from concept through sustainment.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of hands-on Lean/Six Sigma experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• At least four years of relevant experience in process improvement.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or project-based improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on application of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work where processes vary but are similar.

Responsibilities

• Support and elevate performance across 10 Resin Regeneration plants in the United States.
• Partner with operations and leaders to standardize processes and improve productivity.
• Drive end-to-end improvement initiatives to standardize processes.
• Plan, lead, and manage improvement projects from concept to sustainment.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends.
• Deliver training and coaching in practical CI tools and concepts.
