Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting a Continuous Improvement professional to enhance performance across resin regeneration plants in the United States. You will lead standardized processes, mentor teams, and drive CI initiatives from concept through sustainment.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of hands-on Lean/Six Sigma experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

• Partner closely with operations and business leaders to standardize processes and improve productivity
• Drive end‑to‑end improvement initiatives focused on standardizing processes
• Apply Lean and CI methodologies to a non‑standard manufacturing environment
• Plan, lead, and manage improvement projects from concept through implementation and sustainment
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends and improve
• Deliver training and coaching in practical CI tools and concepts

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required
• At least four years of relevant experience or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong foundation in process improvement
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or project‑based operational improvement
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on application of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Comfort working in environments where processes are similar but inconsistently applied
• Strong communication and influencing skills
