Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience leading continuous improvement events.
• Experience with problem solving approaches (A3/DMAIC).
• Med device or regulated industry knowledge is a plus.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads implementation of continuous improvement tools and systems to support site goals.
• Facilitates and coaches cross-functional improvement events to deliver measurable results.
• Supports the continuous improvement strategy and coordinates with leadership for resource alignment.
• Works with site leaders to develop long-term facility plans and capacity models.
• Develops and trains continuous improvement methods such as value stream mapping, 5S, line balancing, standard work, and material flow.
• Collaborates with management to hire and retain diverse, highly qualified staff.
• Provides input for department goals that align to strategic objectives and mentors execution.
• Maintains a safe and professional work environment.
• Maintains positive communications with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
