Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years lean CI experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and kaizens.
• Ability to influence senior management and drive strategy deployment.

Responsibilities

• Supports production operations in development and execution of lean CI plans and kaizens.
• Facilitates kaizens to improve site metrics and deployment goals.
• Trains and leads a team of lean professionals in CI tools and processes.
• Develops and trains standard CI tools, methodologies, standards and practices.
