Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales.

The program includes leading the Customer Service team, visiting customers to maintain service levels, coaching and evaluating partners, and integrating Service and Sales into a unified management track.

Qualifications

• Must travel 10%, including overnight stays.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Meet DOT/Provincial driving requirements (active license, 21+, DOT medical certification) and provide prior employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee the Service Center, sales, office and production aspects of the office.
• Coach, develop and motivate partners; visit customers to maintain service levels; identify upsell opportunities.
