Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Advanced Management Partner destined for Senior Leadership roles. The program covers Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales with hands-on assignments designed to teach each department.

Partners will lead teams, hire and train staff, visit customers, and drive service levels while preparing for future General Manager responsibilities. Roles include rolling Service and Sales into a comprehensive training experience, with progression toward overall

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays.
• Active driver's license is required.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained before first day.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives delivering excellent services.
• Involve visiting customers to maintain service levels and upsell products.
• Coach, evaluate and provide performance feedback to partners.
• Oversee service center operations, sales, office and production aspects when in the program.
